I had a holiday work with some of my colleagues on the last Sunday.

There are some facilities or machines for that process, but they are so expensive, so our company doesn’t equip it yet.

We just use a simple cooking gadget to grind the products.

It is a simple but repeatable physical labor, so it causes muscle pains on my back, shoulders and arms.
