The weather has become hotter but the sky is usually hazy.

By the way, my wife bought a bunch of yellow lily for celebrating “Couple’s Day”.
> GOOD.................................... or .............. yellow lily to celebrate "Couple's Day".
Actually, it is not a holiday and not as important as other anniversaries like Children’s Day or Parents’ Day.

The bunch had several lilies and most of them did not bloom yet.

Actually, I have hardly bought or received flowers, so I didn’t know how I deal with the flowers.

We also didn’t have any special vase, so we used a long water bottle.
> VERY GOOD
We poured water and put coins and Sprite into the bottle to help blooming.
> VERY GOOD...........................................................................to help with the blooming.
After several days, we were amazed that the flowers had begun to bloom!

And after more several days, all flowers bloomed.
> And after several more day, all the flowers bloomed.
Our house is now fragrant with the smell of the lilies.
