I read an interesting article about fat during my English class.

According to the article, each person has his own sensitivity for tastes like sweet, sour, salty, etc.

So, if people who are sensitive for the taste, they can’t eat the foods much.
> GOOD... So, if people are sensitive for a certain/specific taste, they tend to eat less/much of the good.
The interesting thing is that we also have sensitivity for fat or fatty foods.

So, people who have high sensitivity for fat can’t eat more fatty foods than those who are not that.

As a result, they have a less possibility to be obesity

I think it’s indeed good news for me because I also always worry about my physical status.

If I make me to be sensitive higher for fat, I will be able to reduce the level of intake fat.
