I read an indeed amazing article about a new research for our diet habit.
> VERY GOOD ........................................................................ about our diet habit.
It is that microbes like bacteria living in our stomachs and guts control what we eat.
> VERY GOOD! ................................................................................ that control what we eat.
If they like fat, we would tend to eat more fatty foods.
> PERFECT
Or if they prefer vegetable fiber, we would eat vegetables and herbs more.
> VERY GOOD!
Then how we can change our guests?
> So, how can we change our guests then?
I think our guests are decided also what we ate before.
> I think our guests have been decided by what we previously ate.
When we were young and we ate fatty foods frequently, our stomachs and guts need more bacteria (Type A) which can digest protein and fat.
> VERY GOOD!.................... or When we were young and we ate fatty foods frequently, hence, our stomachs and guts need more Type A bacteria which can digest protein and fat.
In contrast, if we intake vegetables a lot, our digestive system require the bacteria (Type B) which can disassemble the fiber and they would thrive into our body.
> In contrast, if we take in vegetables a lot, our digestive system requires the Type B bacteria which can breakdown the fiber and they would thrive into our body.
According to another research, Type A bacteria emit some toxins, so we should reduce eating fatty foods.
> VERY GOOD!
Hello Sir, I'm so sorry for the delay. I did this the moment I saw it come in to the page just like what I usually do with your compositions. I didn't realize that what I did that time did not go through. So, I never bothered to check again until now. Anyway, here is another try at the correction. Lastly, I hope everything is well with you.
