I had an appointment to have dinner and a drink with my friend. He is my ex-colleague and he quitted our company just 3 weeks ago. Now, he is working as a researcher at another company that manufactures finished cosmetic products. Since his new company is quite far from our town, we were supposed to meet at about 8 PM. However, he had to deal with some unexpected work, and it was after 10 PM when he left the office. Finally, we met at about 11:30 PM. Though I hardly go out from my home such later in the night. We talked about our lives and experiences. He told me about his new company and what he is now doing at the company . My topics were about the recent situation of our company and some of my colleagues. Though we enjoyed our time, we drank too heavily. |
