I think these books, 'Ami, Child of Stars' and 'The Little Prince' have a similar atmosphere(?).

>Do you mean "theme"?

It might be because the authors  chose young boys who think adults lack imagination as the heroes,  and the main settings the stars.

However, I prefer 'The Little Prince'. I feel like it's purer and simpler but shows something definite about what it wants to say.
On the other hand 'Ami, Child of Stars' is full of many vocabularies I can't understand like the velocity of light and something about machines. That's why when  I was reading the book, the vocaboularies sometimes disturbed my concentration. But aside from it, this book is also a nice book. It invites us to fantastic worlds.

I recommend these books to all people who want to experience something fantastic!!
