I got an e-mail from one of my Taiwan friends I met in Australia yesterday. The stuff in the e-mail was about her cousin's wedding she had attended. She attached many photos and wrote she wanted to share opinions with me about weddings and know about the traditional wedding of Korea. So I thought about it. Koreans tend to get married grandly, so we rent a big place, prepare a lot of food and invite many people. I think it is from the traditional wedding of Korea which was been done long time ago. At that time, the place was just a big yard of someone who owned it but we prepared a lot of food and invited many people same as now.
