WORK EXPERIENCE: I had an extensive background in both outbound and inbound call centers as a Customer Care Representative and Quality Assurance Analyst for two years. I've been teaching English online for almost seven years. I've had the opportunity to teach one-on-one classes in summer and winter camps as well as conduct freelance classes. I mostly have adult students but I've also experienced teaching students from elementary to university.
